What do the packages cost?

Standard adds lead collection, human handoff, the web dashboard, voice recognition and image recognition. Premium adds comment automation and advanced customization.

Do you automate Instagram as well as Messenger?

Yes. Instagram automation covers DMs, story replies and comments, with the same features, the same packages and the same web dashboard as Facebook Messenger automation. You need an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page.

Is it only DM automation, or comments too?

Accepted Answer

Both. On Messenger and Instagram the AI also handles your comment section: it posts an instant on-brand public reply to every comment on posts, reels and ads, then sends that person a private message with price, stock and the order link. Comments are where buying intent is public, so this is usually the biggest win — no "price?" goes unanswered, ad comment sections turn into orders without extra ad spend, your page looks active to everyone who scrolls past, and spam or negative comments are hidden or routed to your team before they cost you customers.

Is there a discount for taking both platforms?

Yes. Order Messenger and Instagram automation together in the same order and 10% comes off the combined price: Basic $90 instead of $100, Standard $270 instead of $300 and Premium $450 instead of $500. Both channels are delivered as one project and share the same dashboard.

Which LLM API do I need?

An OpenAI API key is required, because the AI agent runs on your own key. You can optionally also keep an OpenRouter key as a backup or to test other models. Both are billed directly to you by the provider, never through us.

How is the system delivered?

Two ways. If you can set up n8n and connect your Facebook Page yourself, you receive the workflow JSON file plus a step-by-step setup video. If not, we configure everything on your computer over AnyDesk at a time that suits you.

When do you need AnyDesk access?

Accepted Answer

Only after the build is complete. We tell you the workflow is ready and you choose the time for the setup session. Please keep Notepad open during the session so we can type requests to each other and you can type anything you want to ask.

Do I have to share any passwords?

Accepted Answer

No. No passwords or credentials are ever shared with us. During remote setup you sign in to the required accounts yourself on your own computer, and all keys remain in your accounts afterwards.

How do I access the web dashboard?

The dashboard is included with Standard and Premium. You create a free Lovable account, we invite you to your own workspace, and once you approve the invite you can remove us straight away. You can also keep us as admin for one month, during which any issue is fixed free of charge.

What do I need to provide when ordering?

Your business type and what you sell, the FAQ you want the AI to answer from, and for Premium how comments should be replied to. A product list helps the AI answer product questions accurately. For anything outside the packages, message us before ordering.

What do I need on my computer for setup?

An n8n account (Hostinger is recommended, but any instance works), a Facebook login with admin access to the Page being connected, and your OpenAI API key. For remote setup, AnyDesk installed and Notepad open.

1vs99 is an AI automation studio. We build custom systems that answer customer messages, capture orders, follow up on leads and move data between the tools you already use, using n8n and AI models. You describe the outcome you want, we build and hand over the working system.

Send a short description of the task you want automated, including where it happens today and roughly how many messages or records are involved. We reply with the scope, timeline and a fixed price. Work starts once you approve that scope.

No. You need to know your own process. We handle the tools, prompts, integrations and hosting decisions, then give you a short walkthrough so your team can edit messages and simple settings without developer help.

A single workflow, such as auto-replying to Messenger enquiries or writing form submissions into your CRM. Small automations are often the best starting point because they prove value in days instead of weeks.

The Messenger automation service is sold in three fixed packages: Basic $50, Standard $150 and Premium $250 USD. You always know the price before ordering. Requirements outside those packages are quoted after a short message exchange.

Yes, but they are paid to the platforms, not to us: your n8n hosting and the AI model usage for messages processed. We estimate that monthly cost from your expected volume during scoping so you can decide before committing.

Focused automations are usually live in 3 to 7 days. Multi-system processes with several integrations take up to two weeks. The timeline is agreed in writing with the scope before work begins.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes. Every project includes a revision round after the first live test, because real customer messages always reveal something the plan missed. Larger changes to scope are quoted separately.

Can I hire you through Fiverr?

Yes. Many clients prefer Fiverr for the payment protection and clear order flow, and our Messenger automation service is available there as a gig. Direct email works the same way for larger, custom projects.

Which tools and models do you use?

n8n for the workflow layer, OpenAI and similar models for the AI steps, and official APIs for Facebook, Messenger, Google Sheets, Telegram, databases and CRMs. We avoid unofficial automation that could get your accounts restricted.

Will the AI make things up to my customers?

The agent answers only from the knowledge you approve and is instructed to escalate when information is missing. We test with deliberately unanswerable questions before launch to confirm it says it will check rather than inventing an answer.

Yes. Voice notes are transcribed and photos are analysed with AI vision models, so customers who never type still get accurate replies. Unclear media triggers a polite clarifying question instead of a wrong action.

Yes. Modern models handle most major languages, including mixed-language chat such as Bengali with English product names. We test accuracy with your own customer messages before going live.

You do. Workflows are built in your own n8n instance with your own API keys, and you receive the workflow files and documentation. Nothing is locked behind our accounts, so you are never dependent on us to keep it running.

In storage you control, such as your Google Sheet, Airtable base or database. We do not keep copies of your customer conversations or orders after handover.

Workflows ship with retry logic and failure alerts so problems surface immediately. Each project includes a support window after handover for fixes, and ongoing maintenance can be arranged if you prefer not to manage it yourself.
